NCY Secondary Slider (Aprilia, JOG, Zuma 50)

Description: NCY Secondary Slider aka Torque Driver or Secondary Pulley with 2 different linear guide slots. Most torque drivers have curved slots which are not ideal for performance gains but fine for rideability. The 2 different linear options mean you can give more emphasis to acceleration. This is more a feature for the race track but can give the everyday commuter an improved drive with no loss of performance at the rear wheel.

Compatible with sports clutches on the market works on Yamaha Zuma, Minarelli Jog engines, Chinese Yamaha Clones such as the 1PE40QMB 1E40QMB engines, Malaguti, CPI, as well as Aprilia Scooters with Piaggio engines, and Franco-Morini 50cc engines found in the 1E41QMB Suzuki AD50 AG50, TGB R50X, TGB 101, TGB 303 and Peirspeed Scooters.

NOTE: This NCY Secondary Slider/Pulley measures 33mm I.D. Most Minarelli engines after 1995 used a 34mm I.D. Please verify before ordering. This NCY Secondary Slider/Pulley is for the Yamaha Zuma (Year 2002-2011) 2T and Minarelli engines. Will work on Prebug ONLY if you use WITH horizontal pulley, will NOT work with Prebug pulley. Before use, lubricate slider grooves, slider pins, ball bearing seat, and inner funnel area with heat-resistant moly-graphite grease.

Installation: 1. Slack the belt by opening the CVT clutch giving belt slack to the variator side. 2. Then install the variator drive face while lifting the slack belt further away from the center boss if done properly should not see any splines between variator drive face slop-side and boss flat-side. Should be flushed together. 3. Then install the existing variator fan, washer, and hand-tight nut. 4. Finally, apply blue Loctite, torque nut to 30-35ft-lbs. For reassurance please consult your manufacturer's variator torque specs.
