Stage6 Clutch Bell 5-Spokes 107mm R/T Type 460 CNC (DIO, GET, QMB)

Description: Stage6 Clutch Bell 5-Spokes 107mm R/T Type 460 CNC for 139QMB 49cc-50cc 4-stroke GY6 50 engine-based scooters, ATVs, and off-road karts. Also, fit Honda Dio/Elite and Honda GET only with conversion secondary pulley assembly. Being CNC-manufactured from one piece, this clutch bell has a very high precision, which raises this part over its conventional, pressed colleagues. The Stage6 R/T CNC Clutch Bells are available in three versions that vary in design and weight; thus it is now possible to influence torque and engine characteristics through the choice of the clutch bell. The designation on the bell (460, 480, or 500) shows the weight in grams with a tolerance of 3 grams. The cooling ring has been turned into the part instead of simply shrunk onto it, as is the case with conventional versions. Thanks to the two bores in the cooling jacket, you can now adjust the clutch engagement of Stage6 Torque Control MK I/II without having to remove the bell. Two indentures in the cooling ring give grip to lock the bell with the Stage6 clutch bell tool (optionally available) and undo the screw.

Installation: Make sure variator drive face is seated properly and not get its teeth chewed by the Bendix: 1. Slack the belt by opening the CVT clutch gives belt slack to the variator side. 2. Then install the variator drive face while lifting the slack belt further away from the center boss if done properly should not see any splines between variator drive face slop-side and boss flat-side. Should be flushed together. 3. Then install the existing variator fan, washer, and hand-tight nut. 4. Finally, apply blue Loctite, torque nut to 30-35ft-lbs. For reassurance please consult your manufacturer's variator torque specs.
