  1. Do I need an account to place an order? No, not required. You can use guest checkout anytime. However, for rewards points accredited/applied and login, see order status, shipping, and returns, it is recommended to set up a user account. It's totally free to register an account and has reward point benefits.
  2. What payment methods do you accept? We accepted all e-checks and major credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal payment and e-checks. We use PayPal Secure Payment Processing. You do not need to have nor register a PayPal Account in order for PayPal to process your credit/debit card payment or e-check. NOTE: e-check payment could take 5-7 business days to clear before item(s) can be released to ship.
  3. What shipping methods do you provide? It's determined by product weight, dimensions, and destination. Item(s) under 1-lbs. we automatically shipped U.S. Postal Service First-Class. Over 1-lbs. will be either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. However, we do offer FedEx 2-Day for most orders of $199.99+.   4. How long will it take to receive my order? It's determined by product weight, dimensions, and destination. Item(s) under 1-lbs. we automatically shipped U.S. Postal Service First-Class (3-7 business days). Over 1-lbs. will be either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business days), FedEx (2-7 business days), or UPS Ground (5-7 business days). For more shipping details see our Shipping Info page. NOTE: International orders outside of the U.S. can take 10-14 business days via USPS Priority Mail International.
  5. What is your return policy?

    We automate the process to make it easier for you. Things happened. Something you order was not delivered as ordered, you can return it. No problem. However, since we do not charge any restocking fee we do not accept any open-attempt to installed items for reselling. Inspect it first to assure its correct fitment before attempt to install it, or modify it, that will be deemed it non-returnable use. More on return guidelines see our Return Policy page.
